Registration for virtual attendance at UKCR Final Conference now open

Registration for virtual attendance at the UK Climate Resilience (UKCR) Final Conference on 8-9 March 2023 has now gone live.

The event, which is being held at the Wellcome Collection in London, will be livestreamed to allow the wider UK climate resilience community to watch the presentations and panel discussions live online, and engage remotely with the Q&A sessions.

The programme includes talks from leading experts in policy, practice and academia, including NERC Executive Chair Sir Duncan Wingham, Met Office Chief of Science and Technology Stephen Belcher, and Defra Chief Scientific Adviser Gideon Henderson.

The conference has been organised by the UKCR champion team together with programme leads at the Met Office and UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), to showcase the findings and successes of the UKCR programme and discuss the implications for practice and policy.

For further information, including the conference agenda, view the conference webpage. Follow #UKCR_Conference for real-time conference updates and insights.
